I am rejecting this response because:This response is inaccurate and the copy of my receipt does not have of my deposit receipt does not have anything on it that states "no refunds or deposits." I have been trying to get in touch with someone about this since late January and the artist never got ahold of me about this, so on February 13th, I sent a third email after I had tried to call the artist the night before and didn't receive a responseThe owner returned my email and to be honest, other than the copy that I have with the deposit amount, I have no recollection of signing forms that say "no refunds" on themThe owner stated that the artist would call me and work out something that night that he emailed me and again, she did not call meI want a full refund because I feel that this is unfair and I feel that this business has ripped me offAlso, I never sent anyone in there on my behalfSee attached file for receipt.Sincerely, *** ***

We did have a bit of delay in returning her call as we are super busy at the moment. However, she had emailed us before we had a chance to respond, then saying that she wanted a full refund. I responded to her saying that we would be glad to reschedule her, but that it was our policy that we do not give refunds. This was explained to her at the time of the deposit, and also on both the order form and credit card receipt. Both of which she signed. I am enclosing the copies of both forms for your information. She had also sent someone in to speak on her behalf regarding this matter. I had informed this person that the business that was conducted was with [redacted] and not her, so I was unwilling to speak to her about the matter.
