I am rejecting this response because: Despite that the delivery is now complete, it was after I had to take additional time off of work (again) to do the receiptIn response to the first delivery attempt, it makes no difference what the drive claims because the original date and time I selected for the delivery was change without my consent the day beforeTherefore forcing me to take a day off of workAnd just for the record, no one knocked on my door and I have surveillance video to prove that between noon and 6PM there was no approach to my residenceThey may have drove by and even stopped in front of my home but no one walked up to the door.

original delivery date the phone number on the order was called and there was a fast busy. Description given on 3-17 was grey home with white trim and brown front door address in front of the house. The call was received from the delivery team at 16:29. The members original delivery date was scheduled through the Innovel website self service scheduling tool. This site is used by customers to access the scheduling tool to schedule delivery of their product.

Good Morning Member has had multiple failed deliveries due to his location.  He is now scheduled for delivery 3/26/18 with a time frame to his accommodation.  Thank You
