We recently received word of a complaint regarding our business and have now had a chance to view the complaint After reading the complaint we are very sorry that one of our potential clients was unhappy with the their experience while trying to use a
*** to book their tour The reason we were unable to book their tour using a *** was that all of the spaces available for *** that week had already been filled It is unfortunate that this mixup happens occasionally but it is stated very clearly on the *** that you must call and check availability before purchasing the *** It is written twice on the *** page, once in the opening paragraph: "Please call ahead to check availability." and a second time in bold letters in the 'fine print' section : "Reservation required; subject to availability, please call NeverDry Divers to check for specific availability prior to purchasing this ***" The reason we requested *** make sure this was clear was to avoid exactly this type of problem We are a small husband and wife company, we do not have the capacity to take out more clients then we have the ability to handle We strive to provide nothing but the best customer service to all of our clients and feel terrible when a situation like this arises We had hoped that making this statement very clear on the *** purchase page would prevent this issue from happening but unfortunately it seems they occasionally still get purchased before they are read I hope in this case the client received a full refund from *** and if not, we will do everything in our power to make sure it goes through I hope this letter shines a little light on the issue and I welcome the client to call me directly with any questions or comments they may still have after reading this

Review: Found this company through [redacted] and purchased a dive package. When going to book a day/time was denied service due to the booking through [redacted]. Was discriminated against because of where we booked/purchased the dive package. Business tactics are underhanded and discriminatory against using [redacted]. This business should not be allowed to be on [redacted] and I will be filling a complaint on [redacted] as well so they are aware. Buyers beware!!Desired Settlement: Only as a warning to avoid this business
