This order was was not filled and was refunded in Full on 9/** This was an email from the customer
"Lucida Grande", sans-serif;">I purchased a ticket for the Celine Dion show on 9/**/(order #***), but did not receive an e-ticket via emailI called to attempt to receive a ticket, but was unable toI then cancelled the order (9/**/2016) However, I have yet to see the order cancelledI will be filing a complaint to the Revdex.com

Review: I purchased 2 Cirque du Soleil Quidam tickets for PNC in Raleigh, NC on July **, 2013, 7:30 PM. Floor 7, Row 2. In about an hour, I called to cancel. Their website says that although there are no refunds after tickets have been confirmed, that no tickets will be processed when ordered during the weekend online--until the next business day which is today, Monday, June **th, 9 am as according to their website. (http://neversoldout.com/policy.html). I have called and called first thing this morning and I only get a message saying that they are closed. (They sold their tickets through localtickets.com, which I thought was the box office to the PNC b/c of the way that they advertised. http://raleighboxoffice.com/progress-energy-center-tickets.php )Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.

Ms. [redacted] purchased tickets to the Cirque du Solell from a secondary website we are the fulfilling broker. All websites have a no refund/exchange policy. All sales are final policy. All sales are final because tickets are bought specifically for the order she placed I have enclosed the website policies which Ms. [redacted] agreed too. If she didn't agree the order would not have been completed and would not have gone thru...The original websites she purchased the tickets from did disclose that you are not purchasing your tickets from the box office (Please note : We are a marketplace, not a venue or

venue box offlce).so since she agreed to the policies there isn't much we can do for her she was advised however she can re-sell them herself..so she is not out the money.

I faxed in the below letter on 6/** and I received another letter from you on 6/** so not sure if they crossed In the mail. ..therefore I am resending this to you, adding more details

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[I am copying what is on neversoldout.com's website under "Our Policies." All ticket orders placed on our website will be confirmed by a return phone call by a Neversoldout.com agent or by e-mail during our normal business hours. Business hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Orders Must be shipped to the Billing address of the Credit Card.

Once an order is CONFIRMED there are NO refunds or cancellations.

All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED by a Neversoldout.comagent.

Online orders placed after 5PM (EST) will not be processed until the next business day (Monday-Friday).

As you can see, first, it says that orders will be confirmed by a phone call or an email from "Neversoldout.com." Secondly, it ALSO says that online orders will NOT be processed until the next business day. Since this order was made on Saturday, June **th, and since I wrote within the hour to say that we did not want the tickets AS WELL AS called on Monday, June **th, 9 am (though no one was in the office until 9:30 am), the tickets had yet to be confirmed. In fact, when I called on that Monday, they could not even tell me which seats the tickets were for because they had not yet processed them. Based on their own policies, the tickets were not yet non-refundable at the point at which I let them know that I did not want the tickets. ]

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
