membership be canceled, and we refuse to cancel his membership and continue to try and bill him.[redacted] was a former member of Phoenix fitness back in 2009. He then re-joined in May [redacted] 2013. At that time he filled out and signed a membership agreement that states to cancel a membership there is a 30 day notice to cancel. On June [redacted] 2017 he was billed his monthly amount of $70.00. His credit card was declined. I then called him and left him a voice mail that his payment did not go through as the card was declined and to please call us with an updated credit card number. He then called and said he has not been to the club in months and was not paying. I explained to him that he signed an agreement which states that there is a 30 day notice to cancel. He then asked that I send him a copy of his signed agreement which I did. His next response was [redacted]
