I purchased a custom golf bag from this company for $419.99 on 10/11/2019 and was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive. It has now been in 4 months with no delivery. I have been in contact with Robert ***, Managing Director for Nevr Looz, LLC many times, both by email and phone and have a record of all communications available. Each time there has been some form of excuse why the bag is not completed ("slammed for Christmas", "assembly line down"- I asked how many people in his assembly line and he said two, "workers sick", "I am heading to *** with my wife for a golf trip" among others). I have been told "this is the first bag in 3 years we have not gotten out on time" and "I want to be upfront with you on why the delay". Over and over again it has been promised in phone conversations and emails that the bag will be delivered and now he is not returning either my phone calls or email attempts to contact him.

Although not requested he also sent me a business plan for his company dated January 5th where he was soliciting equity investments from two individuals for $1,000,000 because he thought I might be a *** official and could help with funding. I have no interest in his company other than obtaining my golf bag.

Desired Outcome

Finish the job I was told the golf bag was almost finished in mid January 2020 only requiring some sewing to complete. I would like the bag completed and delivered but am not sure whether this is just a bunch of lies as well. If it cannot be completed I would like a refund.

We offered a FULL REFUND when we first contacted the customer regarding the potential delay of his order and he declined. We informed the customer on numerous occasions to keep him abreast of the status of his order and he never complained once. Further, we offered and subsequently reimbursed the customer an additional $80 for shipping fees regarding shipping his regular bag for a golf trip. We were ready to ship the bag and the customer responded by saying to wait until he returned from his holiday vacation. The bag was shipped on February 24, 2020 - ***. We called and asked the customer if he liked his new custom bag and he responded YES and again, never complained once. We take pride in our customer service and kept the customer informed all along the way. And again, initially offered a full refund to which he declined, actually gave him a partial refund and made sure he like our product to which he said yes, and never complained one time. Further, we never solicited the customer for any investment (and sure glad now we didn't given his behavior). As they say, you can't please everyone.

I did complain numerous times at the lack of timely delivery. I do have he golf bag now in 4 months rather than 4 to 6 weeks so the complaint has been settled.
