My wife nor I have any ownership in the property in you live in.? ? We own the management company but not the property you reside in.? We have not owned that property since July of 2016.? You moved into the property in November.? Our maintenance department is repairing the dryer issue so you can have a washer and dryer in the garage.? We will not be able to install a dryer connection in the kitchen.? ? Thank you

We have attached the closed and open work orders for the property located at [redacted].? We currently have two open work orders.? One to install a dryer vent in the kitchen and check the outside vents from animals being able to get in attic.? The second
one is to check plug for microwave and install plug for dyer in kitchen for use with gas dyer.? ? All of the work orders have been responded to in a timely manner.? The tenant has been informed that not all work orders will be approved by the owner.? We are only a third party agent working as intermediaries to manage the property.? The garage has? washer and dyer? connections? but does not fit the tenants size of washer and dryer in the space.? The connection also had washer connections and electric dyer connections but the tenants wants gas which the area did not have a plug nor dyer vent.? It was an? inconvenience to wash clothes in kitchen and? use dyer in garage.? The owner? did not approve of repair but we have went ahead and approved the? repairs to make dyer available in? connection.? ? We have responded to all work orders and communicated if approved or not with tenant.? To whom it may concern, Real Property Management Preferred only manages four units in the entire complex.   Some of the maintenance has to be coordinated with the HOA for the complex.  We have no control over the HOA and can only request the maintenance request daily.  ...

We also have no control over the buildings structure and how it was built.  That is up to the HOA.  We only manage the unit at 209 not the entire building or complex.   I have attached the work order report showing the work orders filed by the current tenant have all been responded to and completed.  They were also responded to in a timely manner.  If they were the responsibility of the HOA we reported those immediately.   We also sent our maintenance department out today, 12/7/15 to seal any openings so rodents can not enter the premises.   We currently don't have any available units in the complex nor nearby to move the tenant into.  We have an early termination policy if any tenant wants to be released from their current lease.
