New 2 U Consignment

With holding my clothes and not putting them on the floor to be sold. Then saying they dont think they have any more of my items in the back. In May 18th 2014 I dropped off 114 pieces of clothing. On June friday june 27th I dropped close to 20 pairs of jeans in a box. I still havent got an itemized statement because they keep telling me that they have not been put on the floor yet. On August 18th I dropped a huge clear tote that my husband carried in. Lots of my maternity, scrubs and bras clothes. Every time I ask for an itemized statement I get the run around. Since May I go back every 60 days to see if they have put out any new clothes and ask for statement. Back in Oct the owner gave me a small box with some clothes. I go back around thanksgiving and tell her I will call next week to see if she will be putting out any of my clothes and she stated that "i gave you your box" I informed her that I still had a bunch of clothes there and that I still have not getting an itemized statement from june 27 and aug 18th. So all she told me was "believe me if I come across anything of yours ill let you know. Im thinking my clothes should be in storage like you told me when I dropped off or I need some money. She has plenty of my winter clothes and I came in late Nov thinking my winter clothes were already put out since she said august. And guess what nothing was out out and the itemized statement is the exact same old one I get every time. When I ask she says I don't have anymore of your clothes. Its all a scam and I will make sure not to refer anyone there. Its sad cause I'm out of all my clothes. Final Business Response I have return her clothes that were in storage. She has two pay outs to pick up that she has never came back to pick up and I have an itemized list of all the items that were returned to her as well as all the items sold and any items that may have been donated. Review: I consigned furniture with New2U consignment during a move. New2U agreed to sell my furniture on consignment and pay 50% of the proceeds to me. New2U informed me they had sold the furniture consigned and a check would be sent out. The check was never received. It has now been 5 months and still no payment. I have tried to contact New2U multiple times, each time being told the check is in the mail. No money has ever been received. Now when I call, I am being told the owner is "in the bathroom and cannot come to the phone" or "he is out of town". I chose this place trusting they would pay me the portion agreed upon in their contract and that has not happened.Desired Settlement: Payment of the money owed to me. $975.00
