Terrible
I was told by AA that my bags were scheduled for deliverydays late nada
After several hours with AA, escalating upwards to supervisors (clearly AA are the worst airline service company in the world) I finally get told to go to 'wheresmysuitcase.com'
Well, most of the time you enter your details and the site just spins and spins
Eventually I got a hit, and could see that my bags had not been assigned to a driver yet...really, after days!Not sure if that was AA problem or 'WMS' problem
Eventually on day (AA had my bags for days in Orlando, and actually admitted that) I see assigned to driverI am given an email contact to driver so I can check status
Needless to say driver did not respond to my email inquiring about ETA
Eventually he shows up, lost...I have to walk out quarter of a mile to meet him because he is clueless...then he stops and tries to give me my bags
I SAID, HOLD ON, I JUST WALKED QUARTER OF A MLE I AM NOT ROLLING CASES BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T FIND MY PLACE, FOLLOW ME
He was very rude about it, name was Mohammed
Anyway, I made him drive to my place
Then I find out, he only has of the bags the site had acknowledged was out for deliveryWell blow me down! AA and WMS are so inefficient they cannot coordinate both bags (espas this was a mile delivery)
Is that why flights keep getting more expensive because the major airlines can't organize a paper bag?
And WMS hire is who are impolite and need a good beating?

The company was late on their delivery window time, their driver was rude when asked to wait so that we could come down to get our luggage, there were items missing from our luggage, hung up the phone on us when we inquired as to why they were late and when trying to ask where our missing items were. A very negative interaction. When customer service was contacted, they simply told us to contact the airline and that it was not their responsibility as a third party vendor.

It has been 24 hours since American Airlines lost my luggage, then delayed delivery and now this service has not brought the suitcases to the hotel. No customer service agent to be contacted. Just leaving everything to chance and hope. American Airlines is ultimately responsible but does not mean that unprofessional dot.com companies can sit on other peoples belongings and not be accounted for their (in) actions.
