We have responded to complaint and have no further response We feel that since Mr [redacted] refuses to compensate us for a service call he initiated is enough to show that he had no intention to pay for the service call from the initiationNo further response is necessary We have closed this complaint and Mr [redacted] is responsible for the cost of the call that Mrs [redacted] authorized
