Review: I brought Givenchy dress black and grey to the cleaner. it was in June *, 2015 and I would pick up on June *, 20015.

I went to pick up the Givenchy dress, the person who work there does not speak English very well. she could not find the dress then she told me to come back next day because she gave the dress to the wrong customer, but she did not remember which one. so I told to her to make some phone calls to those customers. so I waited for a week, but they could not find the dress and they lost the Givenchy dress is valuable price over 800 hundred dollars.Desired Settlement: I went to talk with the owner about the lost Givenchy dress. the conclusion that he gave me. he is not responsible for any damage or lost of any clothes then he told me his policy is to pay 70 dollars according how much he charge for dress. however, he was not so sorry about the dress, he was not polite at all. also, he said it was an accident, he is irresponsible and lady who work with him.
