Ordered a black backpack measuring 8 X 5" for $15 or $20. They send you the merchandise and a discount volume for x-amount the start billing you or me, in my particular instance $67.31 a month for a damn membership. BS. This is a Racket.
Main office is in Florida, Customer Service in Orange County, and I was Billed from PA.

I have explained the process and if additional time is required above and beyond what was initially billed, it would be a billable service If that is not acceptable, he can get a refund and go somewhere else

At our business we strive very hard to please our customers In some cases, it is not possible and I believe that this is one of those cases I really do not want this gentleman's money Please have him contact us to arrange a refund
