Review: On April 25,2013 I contracted with [redacted] of Atlantic Service Landscape and Irrigation to remove our old bushes from around the rear patio and to replace them with twelve Cherry Laurels, three to four feet in height.I gave him a check# [redacted] for one thousand dollars as a deposit and the balance of three hundred dollars was due upon completion. The work was to commence on April 30th and was to be completed on May 1st.On the afternoon of April 30th I called [redacted] to see why he did not show up as agreed too, he told me that the nursery had given him the wrong bushes. On May 1st when he did not show up I again called and this time he told me that his truck broke down and it would take several days for the repairs to be completed. Than on May 6th it was his driver was sick. On May 10th they removed the old bushes and left and as of this date they have not returned to plant the new bushes.On May 21st I called their business/home phone number and spoke to [redacted] wife [redacted], She informed me that the bushes would definitely be installed by May 24th, the bushes were not installed as promised. On June 3rd I spoke to [redacted] he informed me that he would give me a complete refund of my monies and that he would not charge me for removing my old bushes because of the incovenience that I went through. As of this date I still have not received my money back. When I call all I get is one excuse after another as to why I have not gotten my money returned.Desired Settlement: I do not want Atlantic Service or [redacted] on my property, I had to get someone else to install the new bushes. All I want is a refund of my money
