I was contacted by telephone by [redacted] (XXX) XXX-XXXX in October of I am a new Realtor in Las Vegas and he offered me a full page ad in a golf course publication that is distributed at a half dozen courses around the Henderson area He said new magazines come out quarterly with my print advertisement I was promised a minimum of magazines mailed to my house as each issue was published This was supposed to start the beginning of I had conversations via email with Ashley Johnson to design my ad Since that time I have heard nothing back from New Age Marketing I have tried contacting [redacted] directly with no luck Today I called Ashley's office number and was connected with Jason Fink(XXX) XXX-XXXX or (XXX) XXX-XXXX He assured me that he would have my advertisement out in the next few months, which was not what was agreed upon when they charged my card $back in October He promised to email me something in writing to verify this but I never received anything from him THIS IS A SCAM I HAVE NOTIFIED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY WILL BE INVESTIGATED BEWARE

They are rip off artists, scam artists and freeloading no good juvenile delinquents living the highlife in Florida They should be taken down by the law! This company is fraudulent and has been consistently scamming businesses across the country for quite some time now I have personally suffered the scam of this company through print advertising I also have done research and discovered it is owned by three young men, that they have been scamming since and that the story being shared by all of the reporting victims, is the exact same"We are going to send these luxury magazines to all of the high end country clubs in your market area" later to hear that none of these country clubs received a single copy! I was solicited by a sales repfrom Luxury Lifestyles Magazine to run a add of my business that would be featured in high end country club magazines that went to all of their members in the Rhode Island areaThey also gave me a list they would be going toOnce I signed up for the add they connected me to New Age Marketing Group for the ad displayThey did send me a copy of the add and informed me that once the issue was completed I would receive a copyI never received it and then call my sales rep and the New Age Marketing GroupThe phones were disconnected and no one responded to me emailsI also called the golf clubs that were on the list and they knew nothing about the magazineAt that point I new I was scammedThis was May 5,
