[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I previously stated, New Age Realty billed me at the end of my lease for cleaning of the basementI explained to the property manager that I could not clean the basement due to an overgrowth of mold in which they were awareI did have a cat due to in infestation of insects and mice on the property possibly because the property was built between two empty lots and also an empty lot directly across the street that were all poorly managedThere was indeed a litter box in the basement that had become totally filled with mold due to the overgrowth so no I did not clean anything in the basement as that amount of mold was a health hazardIf the mold would have been properly removed from the basement when I initially complained, all other instances would have been avoidedPlease understand I had a cat due to severe presence of mice and insectsThe litter box was in our basement and couldn’t be cleaned after it turned to mold again Due to the overwhelming amount of mold in the basementNew Age realty then proceeded to apply the bill to my credit report as a judgement that was paid off and should be returned to myself Regards, [redacted]

December 27, 2016Dear MsStewart,Please accept this letter as our initial, official response to the complaint lodged against our business and assigned an ID of [redacted] .)Tenants, who I will designate as “***” and “**”, gave up possession of the property on 12/14/12, but their lease did not terminate until 8/31/At the time of their surrendering possession of the unit to us, a court case had already been filed against the tenants for non-payment of rent on 11/27/)New Age Realty Group, Inc., authorized agent for the owner of the property, withdrew this case against the tenants on 1/15/as we did not want the owner to incur more debt, having already gained possession of the unitThis is no way negated the balance due to the landlord and our agency, as the tenants mught've assumed was the caseWe never represented to [redacted] or [redacted] that their balance zeroed out, went away or was dissolved, regardless of the decision to withdraw the case*Only our attorney attended said hearing, as is for a simple withdrawal.)The tenants [redacted] and [redacted] were charged for damages to the unit, rent until the unit was re-ented on 2/15/13, and a rental commission to our agency the owner of the property incurred; the total of these charges came to $($is the amount the tenant referenced on the complaint; this represents what EACH tenant owes)) New Age Realty Group, Inc, maintains the charges sent to collection sometime in in the aforementioned amount of $are completely validLedgers, correspondence, and pictures are available to further support our claim IF necessary.Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions.Christian CProperty Manager

Please understand I had a cat due to severe presence of mice and insects. The litter box was in our basement and couldn’t be cleaned after it turned to mold again Due to the overwhelming amount of mold in the basement. New Age realty then proceeded to apply the bill to my credit report as a judgement that was paid off and should be returned to myself.
