Review: We ordered 23 sweaters to get logo's put on them by this company. [redacted] one of the owners of this company let me know that he would send me the approved artwork within the week. I let him know I was leaving on vacation with no access to email and would need this within the week as promised and he agreed. My vacation came and went (took a total of two weeks) and I still did not have this artwork mock-up as promised. Once I got back I emailed [redacted] to ask where this was and he let me know that he would send it that Friday. Friday came and I still did not receive anything, so I called [redacted]. He began to yell at me on the phone that "I KEEP CALLING HIM". At this point I was a little taken a back as to why he was yelling at me on the phone because I was asking him where the mock-up was. At that point I handed the phone to my husband so he could defuse the situation. [redacted] let him know that the artwork would be done by Monday. On Monday we received the artwork and I sent an email to say please go ahead (mind you that our party for our football team was that Saturday. My husband did not agree with the artwork and he went there that same day to let him know that this was not what we wanted. He then got in my husbands face yelling at him, saying he would just give us our " [redacted] money back. Once we received the sweaters that thursday they were completely wrong, all of the jersey numbers were incorrect and only five of the 23 were correct. Not to include paint stains on all of the sweaters. I called Mr. [redacted] that evening letting him know about the error and he began to yell at me on the phone. I told him that morning we would be there to get a refund. We showed up and they said that we would just have to take them to small claims court because they were not going to give us a refund for the wrong work that was done.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the incorrect work that was done. We spent almost $[redacted] on sweaters that were done completely wrong. Even the artwork that was approved was still not delivered in the end and I have documentation of that as well.
