I am responding to [redacted] complaint. I took a little time to try to physically find an order from 5 years ago. We. Tried so I can avoid bringing a ladder that goes up 17feet high. But when I decided skip that process and make appt so I can go up and measure, get a remake of new skylight shades...

that were seperating at the seams due to sun damage. (Usually not covered by Hunter D[redacted]s limited lifetime warranty). [redacted] called us several times a day every day for around two weeks until we got the approval. Besides calling us he called Hunter D[redacted] several times too. We did get [redacted] skylight shades in this week and waiting for a schelduled apptmenet with the professional installer. [redacted] has to pay for reinstall. It is not covered under warranty. Today Hunter D[redacted] called us because [redacted] called them because he does not want to pay the installer the whole installation price ,therefore Hunter D[redacted] will refund half his money back to them. We have complied with all our means to satisfy our customer. And he is getting all new skylight shades.
