I was able to resolve this issue with New America and it's owner [redacted].  At the time emotions ran high and we had our disagreements but ultimately we were able to find common ground and come to a resolution....

 The company is very honest and I respect that they kept a line of communication open with me and my family.  Ultimately, there were some great things done in the home and I will hopefully have them do some exterior work for me.  Very nice family oriented company that's on the right track.

Review: The Contractors did not finish the contracted work in my house. they left everything undone. It was a heath hazard because me and my family had to move in. They left a significant amount of debris in the yard. They damaged my floor by putting too much stain on it and quitting the job and not fixing it so now it's going to cost me more money to fix. They left doors and rails out of place, they left electrical outlets undone. They did not connect any appliances, they left smoke and carbon monoxide detectors down and I cant even find them, They did not buy certain items as per contract, they did not buy items I even gave them money for. They did not run the electric correctly, and they left an open gas and electric permit open on my house without finishing the job.Desired Settlement: I do not want them to even step foot in my house to finish the repair because they messed up a lot and they do not know how to finish and they buy inferior products. I want them to pay for what they did not complete and for what they messed up.

New America Construction, is just finishing residing my 21 year old home today 9/4/2015, and I would like to say that the owner Bruce [redacted] , is a true professional and his siding crew is the best. They did the job the right way and if you are looking to have your house sided new or old these guys will not only give you a great price, but they won't cut any corners, and you will be happy with their work. I live almost 2 hrs from their business location in [redacted] Bruce and his crew were here prompt everyday for 10 straight days days until THE JOB WAS FULLY COMPLETED. Trust me this Company will treat you right.

Bruce [redacted], the owner of New America Construction is a true professional. He knows the siding business and has a fantastic crew that does their work with pride. They do not cut corners to save money or time. The crew was here prompt each morning for the past 10 days. Today, September 4th 2015, they have just finished re-siding my 21 year old home that I purchased new in 1994. Previously, my home was sided with a defective product known as Masonite. The crew worked diligently to remove all of the masonite, wrap the house with new Tvek, and then place ¾ in. foam panels before customizing my home with [redacted] and [redacted] trim boards. My house now looks brand new thanks to Bruce [redacted] and his wonderful crew. Their quality of work is superior and I would strongly recommend New America Construction to anyone looking to side their new or old home.
