Review: bought an OSS suppressor on July 20, 2015 from these guys. Called NFA in late December 2015 and they still didn't even have the paper work. Called Jason at New American Arms and he said he forgot to check a box that would allow me to check the status. 2 weeks later I called NFA back and asked for a status and they said they JUST received it and it would take 5 months.

The never submitted my paper work and played it off. His lawyer did the trust and it took 3 times to get it right. I have every piece of document to prove this happened as I know Jason will say it never happened. I mysteriously can't provide any paper work on when it was submitted. Over the phone he tells me that one (COPY) said one thing but the other copy said something else... WAIT, I thought it was a copy!!!

I'd also advise calling before you go in as their business hours are only there for something to look at.

The place is tiny and he has parts to 10 different guns laying around probably like all the paper work.

I'd advise going elsewhere.

Jason blatantly lied to me about how the NFA process works and I had to call the NFA for the rules and regulations. This is no one you want to purchase something like a NFA product from.Desired Settlement: return my payment in full including the tax stamp price which will be refunded to him.
