Completely unprofessional approach to customersTerrible customer serviceThe product does not match the advertisement
We ordered the transmission for *** ** from them that as they advertised was from *** and has the same kind of transmissionAt first when I called *** they said they had to check if it was still available and that they would call me back the same dayThey never didI called them next dayThey had the transmission but they didnt know how much was the shipping fee and that they had to find it out and call me backNever called me backAgain I called them the next day *** The girl picked up the phone and she didnt even know about which transmission I was calling so she asked someone beside her (while being on the phone so I heard it) about the shipping fee and then told me it was free and I should get it *** The "tomorrow" comes and we still didnt receive the transmission so I called againThe girl answered

Sold me a transmission that they knew was bad. Purchased a used transmission for [redacted] on [redacted] Installed same day. Found the transmission to be bad. They will not return my money or supply a replacement part. They are offering no help. The transmission they sold me was internally bad.Desired SettlementI just want my money for the transmission. They stated to myself and my mechanic [redacted] at [redacted] in [redacted] they bench tested the transmission. Which they didn't. I paid [redacted] for the transmission. I paid my mechanic another [redacted] to put it in. I don't have the money to pay him to take it out and then find another one to put in. They asked me to tow it to them. It's cost [redacted] to tow it from my location. I asked them to come and pick it up with there tow truck. They refused. Now I'm out. The [redacted] I spoke to barely spoke English and never called me back. I just want my [redacted] back. They can have there junk transmission. I have no money to take it out or tow it. There no way they tested it. And in less than 24 hours it's bad. Without being driven. There stealing working people's money. Now I have no vehicle for my kids. Final Business Response Good afternoon. we are responding to the second response from the customer. mr. [redacted]. we never regret to help the customer in giving him the credit back, however we requested him to bring the car here so we can take the transmission out. we always test our parts, especially engines and transmission since we do not want to go through this situation with any customer. we do not have time to waist and do not want to waist our customers'time. we are not stealing anybody, however we are not responsible for towing. and in regard to junk transmission, to remind the customer, this is a junk yard and we do not sell new transmission. please go back to our policy on your receipt. thanks. we are willing to work with the customer in taking the transmission out from the car, if he does bring it here to us.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The point there missing is. They said they bench tested the transmission a day prior. The transmission could even be used 24 hours later. The truck was stuck on the lift. So there's no way they did. I spent all my money buying the transmission from them. I live an hour away from them. I don't have money to tow it to them and back. They took my money. I feel they knew what they were doing. My truck is still out of commission. They took my families only mode of transportation.

Went to put a $160 deposit on a transmission that was still in the car, they told me that they would have it out by two days, kept calling to see if was out yet.. 3 weeks later still was not ready so I asked for the refund but they kept stalling. I would call and one person would tell me they sent it out the check that day. Then I would call again the next day and someone else would tell me another. Like the check was sent out 2 days ago. So we would just go back and forth on the phone.Gave them the information on where to send the check.Now its been 2 months still no check. Had to rent a car. Days just been very stressful. still car-less.Desired SettlementI want them to pay the $160 deposit.
