I accepted ACS to install a Heat Pump for my homeThe salesman was professional and the installation was done on time and to my satisfactionI had a year parts warrenty from the Mfgand a year labor warranty from ICSThat didn't stop them from trying to sell me a maintcontract, several timesThey acted offended that I refusedAfter about one year while still under contract I had a total failureI called them and the service manager refused to talk to me and had the salesman callThe problem finally got fixed after the second technician and hours of my time spent troubleshooting the problemThe problem was A BLOWN AMP FUSE, which is covered under contractThey tried to bill me for this problemAll during this problem the service manager refused to talk with meI bought another house and need Heat pumps but I refuse to use or recommend themIn my mind they tried on more than one occasion to rip me off!! DON'T USE THEM
