Review: I purchased a Denon 110 phono cartridge from the company.I contacted them after 2 weeks and they said it was on back order so I asked them to mail me a Denon 103 which they did but it arrived broken .I have a Rega Planar three and we all know it has a glass platter .I took the Dl103 out of the box,installed it on the tonearm ,swung it over to use the protractor and once I got it close I removed the safety cover for the stylus and that is when I discovered it wasn't there .I immediately called and Eric said "you must have lost it look around for it " I agreed to look and hung up .I was doing this on a wood table over the glass platter of a Rega,no stylus. I called right back and told Eric it wasn't here . He immediately told me he has had three people try this in the past and I was scamming to get a new stylus,etc.He kept trying to talk over me and I broke in and asked him how did it disappear ? " I have test report right here,blah blah blah.I broke in and said and asked him to identify this cartridge by S/N and he said " yes ,I have right here." Thats funny,they don't have one .Then here we go with small claims and the judge .I sent him emails of website reports stating he was a scammer .He immediately called me and and asked me to stop and he would prosecute etc. Go ahead I said ,judge does not view truth as libel or slander .How many have gotten a cartridge such as I and who knows how we can bring his game to the attention of the law .BTW when he called he said I have 2 choices,either return the DL103 and they would inspect it or look further into it or find the mysterious vanishing stylus.I told him he had one choice,send me a new working DL 103 that I ordered and I will return the old one .BTW,he wanted pics which I sent .Desired Settlement: I would like a new replacement . A denon 103 phono cartridge .
