The order referred to was indeed delayed by a series ofevents, including parts not in stock, and a shipping clerk who did not processthe order in a timely fashionThe customer called back several times asindicated, and each time we responded to the issue that was keeping the orderfrom shipping
When the order was finally complete and ready to leave(admiidiatly late) the customer elected not to have us ship it and asked us tocancel the orderThe trucking company was contacted, the skid retrieved at ourexpense, and the goods put back to stock.The customer's funds were refunded to him the same day the goods were brokendown and placed back on our shelvesOur performance on this particular transaction was not our best, but we did goto great lengths to correct the issues, and ship the goodsOnce informed bythe customer he no longer wanted the goods, we retrieved them, and refunded thecustomer.Attached are all supporting documents. We understand Mr [redacted]'s frustration at the situation, but the facts being presented for his defense are inaccurate. first and foremost we do not and will not ship any electrical item outside of its factory packaging.Aside form this, the items returned to our facility are as such:* part#...

 25841856 dash control, not in factory packaging* part#  21998178 returned to us in its factory packaing but not protected from lables, marker and has been defaced and no longera saleable item. * shipping package used to send the order to Mr [redacted] on tracking #[redacted] was  23" x 16" x 9" @ 4.8 lbs as per the [redacted] tracking feature at www.[redacted].com* shipping box used by Mr [redacted] to return his order on tracking# [redacted] was 19" x 13" x 7" @ 2.8 lbs as per the [redacted] tracking feature at www.[redacted].comAll of our orders are shipped with the factory parts placed inside of new cardboard boxes sufficiant in size and sealed with our www.newautoparts.com ad tape. Based on size and weight differences, it is obvious the original box was not used to return the order.Mr [redacted] has been made aware of the condition of the items and has been offered to opertunity to have the items returned to him at our expense. should the items still be here 30 days from the date of the offer, they will be disposed of, as per our return policy and terms of use.?

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
 The only truthful part of the business response is that my money was refunded . I was told repeatedly by representative of this business that my order was shipped , but no copies of shipping/ tracking was provided by same after promising to do so. On Monday 26th May , one [redacted] give me a BOL number and shipping company name ( [redacted] ), I was told that the system takes awhile to update so I should check after 6:00 pm for shipping update. When I pointed out to [redacted] that the information that he was giving does not reflect what I was told by him and others that my order was already shipped. [redacted] apologized and confirmed that the order was only shipped out today 26th May, and my account was updated to reflect same. ( see email below sent to me on the 26th May).Checks with A-Duie-Pyle on the 27th revealed that the BOL number given to me was not valid and no pick-up was made form the business I was querying of.  I called and explained what was told to me , [redacted] tried to convince me that the shipping company was wrong that the order was indeed shipped and I needed another number for them to see the transaction, this number he could not provide . I called back the shipping e company and the help desk went through all the possible search sequence ( Business name , area code , consignee, shipping address, pick-up date ) none came up positive . I called and insisted that [redacted] send me some form of documentation that my items was really shipped , I explained to him at that point that and I  was  worried due to the fact that the stories , given to me was inconsistent with regular Business practice  and have so far proved to be false. The document [redacted] sent me was an incomplete BOL ( the same incomplete BOL was supplied in the companies response ) , that reflected the same day (27th May) we were speaking and contradicted [redacted]'s earlier position that my order was already shipped . When I pointed this out to him , He went into the defensive mode saying he is just a salesman not a warehouse/ shipping agent . I asked for a number for the warehouse and was told that there was none and they do not speak to the public. At this point I got worried , noting that was said to me thus far sounded above board . I voiced my concern again to [redacted]  who at this point offered for me to speak with his manager . I never got the opportunity to speak to the manager ,instead [redacted] came back on and said my order was being canceled and my monies will be refunded before the close of the day.This business held my money for 18 days , I've lost financially due to this extra long wait ,not to mention the mental trauma  I've been through thinking I've been had by a bogus online company.The lease these guys could do is apologist for their unprofessional-ism and offer some form of compensation . I've requested copies of the phone recording of  the lies told to me by the employee's of this company from our IT department.  I do plan to seek legal advise with the info I have in my possession if this issue is not resolved amicable by this company.[redacted] May 26to meYour Order Is Complete! Order #[redacted]Shipping Information[redacted]
