I encourage the Revdex.com to go undercover so it can be confirmed Their lack of hygiene, lack of customer service and the numerous flys that roam in that shop is simply disgusting Regards, [redacted] ***

No, she never apologized and absolutely didn't offer my money back.  If she would have been that nice and  understanding since the begining and offered my money back, I would have accepted it right then and there.  I would like my money back, if New Awakenings is all the opposite of what I am stipulating and are all about customer service, then why have I not been offered my money back via her response?

she asked if we make frapichino  like  Starbucks. We told her we don't make them like Starbucks. We make them with our...

own recipe . From the time she came, she was in bad mood . Her husband asked just coffee . It was already made yes the cashier gave him . 
Her's  was a blended drink . The girl on the register was new . Unfortunately she forgot to tell me or she didn't make her drink . By the time I learn about it, it was 5 minutes late . I didn't know what their conversation was with the cashier. I Washed my hands and made her drink. Also we use ice scupper for the Ice . We use spoon for the powder mix. There is nothing we actually touch with our hands directly. Espresso  is hot and it was blended with a blender how can I touch it with my hands? When the girl gave her the drink.  She said   I don't want it . I told the cashier to refund  her money . She asked for the manager . I told her it is me. I said I am so sorry you are not happy with your drink.  Can I make you another one? she said no. Do you want your money back? She said no. I said please let me know what you want ? She said she  would report us to better business .  There was nothing I can do at this point I told her as you wish .
