We received the communication regarding Ms***’s experience on Monday, January and left her a voicemail message to call us backShe did so on Tuesday, January 24, but unfortunately she did not have the shoes with herWe will contact her again tomorrow so that we can have a conversation
about her experiencesWe are dedicated to finding a reasonable solution for Ms***, one that will keep her a happy New Balance customer for many years to come

We attempted to contact *** to discuss what is going on with her shoesWe spoke with ***, ***'s daughter, trying to find a reason why these issues continue to come upUnfortunately, *** was unable to answer any questions regarding ***'s shoes, and *** was not nearby to help answer the
questions eitherWe agreed to talk about the shoes next week, when *** will be present to answer some questions and find a resolutionWe appreciate *** reaching out to us regarding this issue, and we will find a fair resolution for her as soon as possible

Hello, I am replying to the message sent to me through the Revdex.com in Ma concerning the New Balance Running Shoes I filed a complaint about while I was in the Colorado Correction Sterling Facility in I did Attempt to retrieve Full Style # MFG 10/It was hard to read it due to wearing the shoes and some rubbed off I do not have my receipt from ColoradoI do have a copy of the Property Form listing shoes was purchased through "Canteen" *** *** would be able to send the proof of purchase by giving my ID *** telephone *** ** *** *** *** *** *** 81215. Right Shoe : Coming apart on Back Right shoe where Blue/Gray bottom lifts up, also the middle of the shoe is no longer being held in place by Glue. Left Shoe : Center Sole lifts down due to glue not holding sole in place also side of shoe grey part lifts down due to the glue not holding up. When I purchased the this model I would walk around in this shoe maybe a couple of times a week. Yes the eyelets look evenly spaced and yes they look like the Rail Road TracksThey got Wider and narrow at the point of lacing themThese are the first pair of New Balance running sneakers that displayed this problemI'm requesting to send me Authorization number so they can be mailed in ASAP, I have provided you with Necessary paper work and contact from the place of purchase enclosedI hope to here from you soon to resolve this issueThank You

*** placed his order on November and received them on November He had some concerns about the packaging the shoes came in, and the shoes seemed like they had been worn previouslyHe is sending the shoes back to us for a full refund, and we had a conversation with him about his concernsWe

The sizing of the shoe and exchanging it is a seperate matter The issues I raised with my Revdex.com claim were not addressed I feel I was "handled" and overwhelmed with her excessive talking to get me to accept only one pair of shoes for two defective ones It's not fair to do that to older folks that need time to consider

On 8/24/16, around pm, our Manager on Duty, ***, called *** *** and left a voicemailOn 8/25/16, around pm, *** called and left another voicemail for Ms*** as well as an emailOn 8/25/16, around 1:pm, Ms*** responded back that email was her preferred form of communication***
informed Ms*** that storing shoes for lengthy periods of time without use may cause the materials to perform at less than their optimum performance*** offered a $coupon to cover the cost of the replacement pair of toddler shoesThank you, Ms***, for allowing us to assist you with this manner and your family remaining loyal New Balance fans!

I did not approve of the way *** called me up and at first seemed to be saying I would get credit for both pairs of defective shoes at each, but then she called me back and changed it to or one pair of New Balance shoes I agreed at the time to it because she confused me & kept changing the numbers I had wanted a pair of the version in smoke I did confront her about this while we were on the phone

We are sorry Mr*** name was misspelled in our previous Revdex.com responseAccording to our records both orders have been refunded; order *** refunded on 3/15/and order *** refunded on 3/17/These credits may take up to business days for it to reflect in Mr*** account and, this is dependent on the financial institutionBoth orders have been refunded as an exceptionWe have reached out to Mr*** and asked if there was anything else we can do for him

I spoke to Mr*** today about his latest response; we had discussed that I could pass him along to my supervisor or give our corporate mailing address to our executivesHe decided everything is good and I placed a new order for him today

We received contact from Mr*** via email about his return of order ***We replied back to him on Monday with our return processing time of business days from receipt of package and sent him a free shipping coupon for a future orderMr*** felt inconvenienced about the return
processing time frame and requested us to refund him right awayWe offered to credit him outside of our processing times for orders *** and *** as a last exceptionWe have proactively refunded Mr*** for both orders before we have validated the return with our warehouseWe have explained to Mr*** we will be happy to refund future returns in the order in which they are received within business days of their arrival to our warehouse
