We were very impressed by the quality of the work that was done. We're very happy with our new bathrooms.

We had AZ New Bath remodel two bathrooms. The work was excellent, on time, great price and product superb.

We had New Bath converted a tub to a ForzaStone walk-in shower with bench and auxiliary shower heads. In addition, the replaced the bathroom carpet with tile. I am happy to say that they did an outstanding job. They were very conscientious and detailed in their work resulting in a beautifully detailed job. They were easy to work with, offering suggestions while not trying to force us in a particular direction. When they encountered a problem with the way the drain line was installed by the house builder, they took the time to get a special tool that would allow them to make the connection correctly, rather than hack something together to get the job done. Overall, a very professional job by skilled craftsmen.

The project was a partial bathroom remodel to include replacement of the complete shower, adding backsplash around the bathtub and replacement of the countertop. [redacted] helped us choose the acrylic shower enclosure pattern, rain glass and fixtures, as well as the countertop material and design. The estimate was a little higher than we hoped, but, compared to another estimate that we had, was probably around the going rate. The workers that came to the house for each of the different parts of the project were very professional and very good at their trade. We are very pleased with the final result.

Loved working with the AZ New Bath crew. We had two bathrooms remodeled in the same week. They were always on time and kept the construction area very clean. It's obvious they care about their client, product and workmanship. I have already recommended them to other family and friends.

Review: crack in bathroom counter travertine. Have called New Bath 5 times with promise of call back from travertine installer. No call back from anyone! New Bath argues that it Must be my fault without anyone even looking at it!

This is a definite flaw in quality of travertine and installation.

New Bath rep very argumentative and difficult to deal with.Desired Settlement: Fix the cracks...there are two, both in front of sink and behind signs.

Jeremy arrived on time to consult with us about remodeling the main bathroom from a tub to Shower Stall only. We are truly pleased with the work that Jeff did on the bathroom and would recommend New Bath highly. The work that Jeff did was very professional and answered all our questions. He consulted with us on where to place the shower bench and shelving. He was very through and left the bathroom clean and ready for the soap, towels and toothbrush. We did no clean up at all. Great Job Jeff! Thank you Jeremy and Jonathan.

They did extremely amazing work. They turned our ordinary shower into an oasis of luxury. We now have a roll in shower that is very functional for my veteran husband who lost his leg last year. The beauty of it is beyond belief. The most incredible part is they donated the entire thing! We never would have been able to afford anything like this! The owners and all of the employees were fantastic, skilled, and professional.

New Bath installed a beautiful new tub and shower surround in our guest bath. We are very pleased with the quality and the work that was done. We are almost ready for them to get started on our remaining two bathrooms. I'm excited to choose something different from all the options they have. Thanks again!
