[redacted] ,We had the opportunity to review your account and complaint Prior to making any purchase of our products, that are on trial, you must click a box on the website stating that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of the trial If you do not click this box you are unable to make a purchase The terms are easy to find and read on the website Once the order is placed you are sent a confirmation email for each product, which also contains links to the terms and conditions of the trial Lastly we place a terms and conditions card on each product box that is sent to our customers The card explains the terms and conditions of the trial as well as provides a customer service number At this point we are unable to assist further with your account The reason why is because you are disputing the charges (chargeback) with your financial institution, as was explained to you by the customer service representative you spoke with on 3/29/ Your financial institution should have advised you on how the chargeback process works Typically the financial institution will determine if you are liable for the charges or not and will disperse your funds according to their findings We can inform you that all your accounts with our company are canceled Thank you,Support Team

agree to the terms and conditions of the trial.  Once an order is placed an confirmation email is sent out for each product purchased that contains links to the terms and conditions of the trial.  And lastly we place a terms and conditions card, which explains how the trial works and provides a customer service number, on the physical box of each product sent.You did not cancel your trails withing the trail times thus is the reason why you were charged for the products and the program you signed up for.  After reviewing the phone call of when you spoke to the representative it was explained to you that the trials on the products are 14 days long and if you don't cancel you will be charged for the bottle and placed on a subscription.  You also wanted to sign up for our rewards program so the representative on the call did so.  Once again you did not cancel and were billed accordingly.We are not sure why you chose not to cancel your trails.  You stated in the phone call that you understood exactly how everything worked.  But out of good faith we have gone ahead and refunded your account in full today.  A refund of $89.74 was issued for the Garcinia Cambogia.  A refund of $89.47 was issued for the Revolutionary Colon Cleanse.  A refund of $36.63 was issued for the New Body Rewards Program.  The total amount refunded today was $210.84.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to reflect in your account.  If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.Thank you,
