To Whom it may concern, Regarding [redacted] appointment on 7/16/16. The issue with rescheduling started when [redacted] failed to get the required health screenings to hold a apprenticeship license in the city of New Bedford.  At this time we could not allow him to tattoo under a lapsed...

license. A phone call was made to explain the situation.  After a few days [redacted] decided tattooing was not the career path he wanted to go anymore. We then called [redacted] and left him a message explaining what had happened and that the owner would finish the tattoo [redacted] had started. We even called a second time with no response.  The decision to go somewhere else was [redacted]'s own and No Refund will be issued.  In regards to the "poor looking piece" this a ploy to get you to spend much more money at a competitors shop instead of getting it finished. As [redacted] explained to you he was an apprentice learning the craft of tattoo and you were charged a very reduced rate because of it. The tattoo was at the very beginning stages and only lines were applied. This being an artistry no two artists see art the same way.  Sincerely New Bedford Tattoo Company

The  phone number given to the shop was my cellphone number. I have gone as far as contacting my cell phone provider which they have provided me list of phone numbers incomming and out coming for the period of time where my receipt shows my next appointment date until the date I opened a complaint. Showing 8/2/16 a call from [redacted]. He left a voicemail which I have saved. Then it shows I called him back. ( voicemail says he can't make it and we have to rescedual). Another one showing 8/5/16 voicemail left ( [redacted] saying [redacted] has a family emergency he will call me next week). Then I called back.  Then it show on 8/9/16 I called [redacted]s cellphone. He did not answer me then called me back 8/10/16 saying he no longer works there. No other phone calls from them since  Attached is a copy of my cellphone call report with those numbers highlighted and a call log after that not showing them ever trying to contact me. Also attached is a video I made of both voicemail messages with New Bedford tattoo phone number showed.
