from my home for months dealing with this issueFrankly, I expected a little bit more empathy on the situation, and to my dismay I got nothing from you Rick.my business was also flooded, and I had to rebuild your cabinets a second time for freeI did not ask for any compensation for this, I did it as though as it was the right thing to do.going to the matter at hand, I have your cabinets in your doors in my shop and will not give them to you until I am paid in fullAs you mentioned to me on your driveway "money means nothing to me"Please pay the total amount owed and I'll be more than glad to give you what I have created for you.thanks again!***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
Again, and I'm not going to have any more conversations about it, I have paid 85% of the total balance due. Please refer to all documents previously submitted. The terms of the contract state that 90% is due when 90% of the work is complete. My money has been held by this company for SEVEN MONTHS for a FOUR WEEK job. I owe nothing until the job is near completion. Since I am missing a cabinet, a desk, all drawer boxes, shelves, door fronts, keyboard trays and since some of the cabinets are not yet even drilled for shelves and the cabinets have not been drilled to accept hardware, there is no logical position that I owe anything. I have overpaid...significantly. The company can explain their comical position to a judge. There is nothing that states I owe 100% of the balance before product is delivered / installed. The End (though I do enjoy knowing that all these exchanges are posted to Revdex.com for future customers to read....and I only wish I had done so first).
