I reject the response because: several of the statements made by [redacted] ** [redacted] are not trueFirst of allshe states that we were in her office behind a close door which is not true he door to ner office was open the entire timeShe states that my urine had no smellIf she had the "experience" she states she has she would know that not all urine smells, urine varies in all it's componentsSmell, color, and concentration variesDehydration or medication being taken can affect urineShe then proceeded to tell that because of her experience she had her tattooNow she states "employee" in her statementTo my knowledge there were no other employee at the facilityThere was a male that was constantly in and out of her office, and at times they were both behind closed doorHe did not look like an employeeHe did not have any type of edification, nor was dressed like an employeeHe arrived after we didHe even sat in the waiting room at some pointShe states she called my supervisor, when I dialed my supervisor from my coworker's phone as mine was deadI have the phone records to support thisI spoke with [redacted] briefly then passed the phone to ***, she then spoke with him briefly and returned the phoneI was speaking with my supervisor when she began to parade around the waiting area with my urineHe actually heard me when I said "excuse me what are you doing with my urine? He then asked what was wrong what is happingI explained what was going on and told him I would call him laterShe then proceeded to my coworker [redacted] , to have her smell my urineAnd two men who had arrived after we didThere is so much more that is incorrectI would like to meet in person if possible with my coworkers presentI will continue to pursue the complaintWho knows how many other clients this has happened to? The follow procedures of the federal regulationIs if the urine specimen does not have the color, smell, texture and temp correctlyI as the collector, have to them go againWith them refusing to go again, I called the manager of there businessHe even stated they need to go again both ladies refused and then left.

I reject the response because: several of the statements made by [redacted]  * are not true. First of allshe states that we were in her office behind a close door which is not true.  he door to ner office was open the entire time. She states that my urine had no smell. If she had the "experience" she states she has she would know that not all urine smells, urine varies in all it's components. Smell, color, and 
concentration varies. Dehydration or medication being taken can affect urine. She then proceeded to tell that because of her experience she had her tattoo. Now she states "employee" in her statement. To my knowledge there were no other employee at the facility. There was a male that was constantly in and out of her office, and at times they were both behind closed door. He did not look like an employee. He did not have any type of edification, nor was dressed like an employee. He arrived after we did. He even sat in the waiting room at some point. She states she called my supervisor, when I dialed my 
supervisor from my coworker's phone as mine was dead. I have the phone records to support this. I 
spoke with [redacted] briefly then passed the phone to [redacted], she then spoke with him briefly and returned the phone. I was speaking with my supervisor when she began to parade around the waiting area with my urine. He actually heard me when I said "excuse me what are you doing with my urine? He then asked what was wrong what is happing. I explained what was going on and told him I would call him later. She then proceeded to my coworker [redacted], to have her smell my urine. And two men who had arrived after we did. There is so much more that is incorrect. I would like to meet in person if possible with my coworkers present. I will continue to pursue the complaint. Who knows how many other clients this has happened to?

On June 30 2014 [redacted], and [redacted] presented them self at 1;30 pm. They all came in together and I asked them to only have one at a time to come in for a test! [redacted] was first The procedures of my company is in the restroom it instructs you to NOT wash your hands...

or flush the instructor will tell you when you can flush and wash. Which is after they bring there specimen out to the collector. When [redacted] Presented her specimen to me it was fine and all of the "signs" us collectors look for were there. (which the signs being if it is the right color, smell, temp, and texture). [redacted] was next When she presented me with her specimen there was no smell to it what so ever so I being the collector said there was n smell and she needed o retake the test.  She insisted it was hers and started to get angry that I said it was fake. In my policies if I believe it was fake they need to go again regardless. When multiple people come in from a company one is usually the manger so YES When both ladies where in my office I ASKED them to verify the smell due to there being none, which was denied by both ladies'! Having the employees smell it was only due to having the evidence of me saying it was fake.Only the EMployee who was translating and the client which were the only ones I asked to smell the specimen which was in my office with a closed door. Next was [redacted] which she did not speak any english so [redacted] was in the room also to translate for me. When [redacted] came out her specimen was the exact same as [redacted] was so I asked both ladies to go again. They both refused so that s a failed test if they will not go again. So when they started to get aggressive with me I called there manger or the employee who sent them in to tai the drug test in the first place which was [redacted] and his number is [redacted]. When we spoke to each other he agreed with me and stated they needed to go again. They still REfused! So it was a failed test. They asked for there specimens back and I refused in my polices they state that no specimen is to be given back to the client. [redacted] started to get more aggressive and kept asking to cal [redacted] back which every time he stated they need to redo the test. With this Complaint being made is simply them giving me a fake specimen and I WILLL NOT take a fake specimen and sent it out. To the complaints of going out to the car to get my phone charge is absurd! The three of them where assisted the mount they walked in. I had one employee who was here to make his statement if needed. All Three Ladies were the hispanic origin and my Company will never discrimagate agaisnt any company or client. Please feel free to contact me back with any questions.
