I am rejecting this response because:The customer service was absolutely horrid, the staff helped other parties a great deal more than they helped me, and the owner will not take responsibility because she was not there to see what happened. I have several witnesses that can say just exactly how unprofessional the staff is.Also, the minutes you allowed me to stay, which you normally charge for, should be given without throwing it into your customers face because of the terrible experience and inconvenience your staff placed upon us for not helping in a timely manner. They were too busy helping everyone else. We loaded our own wagon (which comes with the service fees, and we unloaded our wagon. All they did was put things on the table sloppy. I did everything. I enjoyed absolutely no time with my family. This was not a good experience. Also, customer service is everything, shame on the owner for fighting with me when in all reality she has no clue because like I mentioned earlier she wasn't there to see the mess. Nor did she answer her phone until the party ended. This was a sad excuse of a party and way too much money to have received almost nothing

room needs to be cleaned after the last partyHer party began at 5:and she arrived 15-minutes earlyThere was no party pro available because she was cleaning the party roomThey wanted to get her in even though the floor was wet so the party pros (she was given when the package says 1), wiped up the floor with paper towelsThey did everything she askedThey put cotton around her center pieces, placed the confetti a certain way around the table, even served the adults when all they're required to do is serve the kidsThey rarely left the party roomShe mentioned she's a perfectionist (I assume that's what it says) when it comes to party planning so that tells me that no matter what we did, she wouldn't have been happyThe only thing I will take responsibility about was the pitcher should have been mentioned earlier in the partyShe asked for more time (which is normally a $charge)We agreed to give it to her in an attempt to satisfy herWhen I spoke to her on the phone when the party was over, I didn't throw the minutes in her face, I was just telling her (when she wanted me to take money off her package) that we had already done what we could for herThe $was her package ($240) plus pizzas and sales taxJust the room and admission alone for her party when broken out would be $plus taxThe only thing I'm willing to do is refund the $for the pitcher since it wasn't given to her earlier in the partyOther than that, I feel like with the extra party pro and extra time, we did what we could to satisfy herIf she didn't like the service, like in a restaurant, you don't tip
