I believe that this is not a complaint but a misunderstanding. On 9/29/the customer called to get service on her Bosch dishwasherThe customer explained the issue the dishwasher was having and at that time set up an appointment for serviceI sent a technician to check out the
dishwasher and let her know what was needed and gave an estimate on the repairShe authorized us to do the repairsThe repairs were completed and the dishwasher was in full operation
At no time during the procedure from the initial phone call or during the service did the customer mention anything about a warranty or asked to be advisedIf the customer thought there might be any type of warranty on her machine, she could of asked or called the manufacturer
Dell's Appliance is an independent service company, not an authorized warranty companyWe do not carry all the information about warranty policies for other appliance manufacturers.
Dell's Appliance has been in business for over years and takes pride in not only helping with service but giving information or advice to help our customers
