Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:there is conflicting evidence about what the Deacon says to actually what happensShe is outright rejecting solid documentation, especially when it's the church's own information The driver in question drives for the church at least two times a week and his cell phone number is published on the church's [redacted] page & website for ridesAlthough they are volunteers, they are required by law to have the proper insuranceThe Deacon hasn't even provided what standards are in place and only asks us to rely on faith in their drivers when the said driver violated state laws twice even being told by a judge to properly restrain my four year old child didn't help the first time, church function or notThe point is, he endangered a three year old twice, the last one performing for the church per the church calendar and Alaska State TroopersThe driver himself admitted to the Troopers he was on his way to a church function [redacted] number is [redacted] , clearly published for all church-goers to utilizeLook at the church calendar, the church's website, and all information I have provided is true and correct is it not? Wednesday the 17th of August is when it happened....how can she possibly be so confident on said dates when exact dates weren't provided in the initial complaint? shouldn't the passengers be given proper notice of the insurance in place? What about the qualifications of the driver? There are different laws for passenger vehicles aver 15passengersWhat kind of fleet does the church allow its drivers to use while volunteering! Shouldn't the passengers be afforded the luxury of providing their own insurance or signing a waiver for riding in said vehicles? How many toddler/baby seats does the church own? Do passengers bring their own toddler seats? Deacon D [redacted] afforded the Revdex.com a proper, professional response but not to an ordinary concerned citizen, especially the mother of a child who regularly utilizes the church's "rides." Especially after three weeks of the initial complaint...that is advertising as wellHow can we properly communicate our concerns to the church that works? There are numerous e-mails on their [redacted] and website, but none seem to work...especially in life threatening situationsSeems to me as if the Deacon is looking after her "friend" more than the church goers who utilize this free service which is highly publicized

The driver in question drives for the church at least two times a week and his cell phone number is published on the church's [redacted] page & website for rides. Although they are volunteers, they are required by law to have the proper insurance. The Deacon hasn't even provided what standards are in place and only asks us to rely on faith in their drivers when the said driver violated state laws twice even being told by a judge to properly restrain my four year old child didn't help the first time, church function or not. The point is, he endangered a three year old twice, the last one performing for the church per the church calendar and Alaska State Troopers. The driver himself admitted to the Troopers he was on his way to a church function. [redacted] number is [redacted], clearly published for all church-goers to utilize. As a church, all those within the church who perform tasks and jobs are volunteers. While the volunteers are working within the church; during church activities, events or general administration, those responsibilities are performed according to the standards set in place. However, what an individual does in their personal time and outside of their responsibilities within the church is beyond our authority and control. On the day stated in the complaint, the incident did not occur in a church vehicle or with an authorized driver for the church. It was one friend driving another friend, this does not excuse the action. With regard to the other times listed in the complaint, those are on the individual’s personal time and not in a church vehicle, which is beyond our authority and control. Although these incidents are out of the church’s control, as it was a personal vehicle and/or  on their personal time, the church has adamantly expressed the importance of safety for all and in every situation. All who ride in a church vehicle are required to either wear a seatbelt or be placed in an appropriate carseat, whichever applies to the individual.
