Review: I had my roof replaced in May, 2010. Since that time I have had to contact the contractor 3 times for repairs. The shingles fall off. The work does not look quality. The roof looks bumpy and like the shingles are loose.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. Unless, the job can be done correctly, then I want it replaced.

I am writing in response for the complaint dated 8/19/2013, I had been in contact with the home owner to resolve this matter, so receiving this letter was a surprise to me. I was made aware of an issue with the roof almost 2 years after I had completed the work. I had spoken with Mr. [redacted] to work on the tiles that had fallen, several tiles had to be replaced and then several months later Mr. [redacted] called me again with concerns and right before receiving this letter, I had advised Mr.[redacted] that my current work schedule at the time would only allow me to come and make the needed repairs on the weekend.

So the weekend I received this letter is the weekend I had scheduled to go and completely replace the side of the roof that was losing tiles. August 25, 2013 the tiles on the roof was completely replaced and repaired. Mr. [redacted] expressed no further concerns or issues with the roof and I pray this complaint has been resolved. I apologize for my delayed response.
