I don't agree with you all closing the complaint we'd submitted to you concerning New Bi State roofing. Although it was not answered during your time line, we are NOT satisfied with the response from New Bi State. The response he gave to all is and nowhere near the truth! The damages cause this man and his roofing company has repair cost in excess of $50,and my parents being out of their home. It took the Revdex.com over a month to get a response/reply from New Bi State and you only gave us a week to respond! This is unacceptable and unfairMy mother did everything right, she screened, ask questions and decided on this company because it was listed on the Revdex.com website with a A+ rating! Again, Mr*** failure to have the "proper" equipment in a timely manner has led to the severity of damages that my parents are enduring. When I spoke to Mr*** days after the incident, he clearly had no knowledge of what precautions to take from severe water damage. I, repeatedly ask Mr*** to get some equipment into the home to removed the moisture and to remove and mentioned to him "the insulation in the attic has to be removed before mold and mildew sets in!" His solution to the problem, was a "shop vac" and one person to wipe the walls Him paying $60-$70, to have my father suits cleaned will not clear him of negligence. My parents home has been uninhabitable since September 1st, and will takes weeks to have it move in ready. Although they have went through their insurance company to have the repairs done, it's causing a financial burden on them for the damages not covered by the insurance company. The Mold Remediation alone, is costing them $9,950, not including the electrical work needed to bring the house back up to code And yes, we'd decide to go through insurance company for the simple reason, Mr*** clearly did not know what to do! My disable father, was sleeping in a bedroom were you can see the mold spores growing on the walls, because of the soaked walls and the insulation in the attic was very wet. This one of many examples, of the home being damaged by New Bi State Roofing company Sincerely, *** ** *** (on behalf of *** ** ***)

Revdex.comDispute Resolution Dept. Revdex.com received a complaint on our business on 8/30/and was assigned an ID number of ***We received that complaint on 10/3/at 10:10am via fax. While doing the roof at the ***'s home, on 8/27/2016, the roofers reported that the roof
was phelted in for the day. A storm began later that night, exposed areas of the roof and water did come into the customer's home. The roofers returned to the customer's home that same evening, rephelted, tarped the roof and assisted the clients in drying and wet-vacing the affected areas. They were back on the job the next morning, working on the roof also working with the ***'s, cleaning and sanitizing areas where water had come in.From Aug through Aug 29, 2016, we took clothing to the cleaners and with the ***'s, planned to work on changing some insulation, flooring and miscellaneous ceiling and wall work.On August 30, the roof was completed and on that day, the client informed the workers that they (the ***s) were going to work with their insurance company (*** ***) to make the necessary repairs and that our services were no longer needed. Our company received correspondence from *** *** on September 6, 2016. They claimed this was opened by the ***s and that we may incur some liability. I met with Mrs*** on September 8, and returned their clothing from the dry-cleaning, at that point Mrs***, made the final payment for the roof and indicated that they were satisfied. We expected to hear from the customer's insurance company based on previous correspondence, yet we received this complaint from your office. Which is not totally true in ti's content. We are willing and always have been open to discuss this situation with the ***s and mediate a resolve.Thank you.*** ***Construction ManagerBi State Remodeling
