New Braunfels Appliance Repair

This company is a scam. Please do not ever use them. We called for a service call, and we're quoted $79. Once the technician(named Todd) arrived he looked at our ovendors for 5 minutes and came to my husband and I and explained the repair would be 300 dollars. We were not told what the problem was, nor if that would even fix it. We were told he needed no parts for the repair, and wouldn't even take an hour to complete. We declined the repair and the technician left, without giving us any diagnosis at all on what was wrong.
I then called the owner of the business, who by the way was also very rude, and he promised a refund of half of the service fee. Over a month later when we hadn't received the refund I call the business to check and they have the technician who came to my house call me back. He was yelling, rude and told me I would not get any money back. He said he told us what was wrong. I explained to him that my husband, my sister and me all were here and he did not explain what was wrong, at all. He then got mad and started yelling. He told me to stop talking and listen to him and continued yelling and yelling. I said I was promised a refund over a month ago and will be expecting it, and the technician said I would not be receiving it because he feels he did his job.
This company does not conduct itself professionally AT ALL. I severely regret ever googling to find an appliance repair company to begin with. We have never been treated so poorly by a business before. Please do not use this company.

Exact same issue as the previous lady, the owner yells when he has to deal with problems. They told us we needed a new board and we paid 811.00. After four trips we actually need a new compressor and they want another 1000.00 . They are a scam stay far away from these folks.the reason they don't take credit cards is they would have too many charge backs. Do not give them money They will take it.
