I am rejecting this response because .  I told him the car was not running correctly and that it had been at someone else's shop, who did not repair it correctly.  He was suppose to correct the issues with the car, instead he made them worse!  He told me it would be no problem to fix the car, yet he took my money and did not fix it.  The 3rd mechanic found that the steering repairs he did were also wrong!  The flex plate was bent due to the torque converter not being installed into the transmission all the way before tighting the transmission.  Another NEW Flex plate and torque converter had to be ordered and installed to correct the vibration problem.  The front suspension and steering was loose.  The 3rd mechanic had to remove the valve & cylinder and drag link and sent it to Ohio to be repaired.  They repaired the valve & adjusted cylinder.  Also, steering box had to be replaced. Now, does that sound like he did any repairs!   The tires had NOTHING to do with the vibration!  When he gave me the keys to pick it up his exact words were "IT DRIVES LIKE A DREAM".  IT DROVE LIKE A NIGHTMARE!  3RD MECHANIC SAID IT WAS UNSAFE TO EVEN HAVE ON THE ROAD!     HE DID NOTHING TO FIX CAR!  ONLY COMPOUDED THE PROBLEMS IT ALREADY HAD!

This lady has not told the truth, the car was at someone else's shop where she had work done very poorly.  The front end suspension was all loose and the bushings wer on wrong we had to take the front end apart and correct all of it.  The front wheels were about to fall off of the car...

because no cotter pins were put in any bolts on the complete front end.  We picked car up from her home on trailer the car could not be driven, when you try to start the car the steering wheel would jerk out of your hands the power steering was on wrong we had to replace parts to correct.  We finished the inside of the car for her,  replaced the wiring parts, seat back ect. she was a very impatient person we replace U-joints on the driver side we had asked about the transmission she said not to mess with it because she said it was new. The the car would only start in neutral because of the transmission shop had installed with no neutral safety switch she took the car without the front and being aligned I told her that needed to be done, she brought it back some time later to be aligned and she had tires installed  that were too big for the car. There was a vibration in the rear of the car she tells me it's in the transmission.  For cost of Parts all my clients are charged what I pay for parts I gave all a full discount on Parts there were more cost on Parts than what she paid also we warranty all of our work for one year.  This lady is not telling the complete story about her car she thinks it's going to drive like a 2016 model however she needs to understand it is not.
