As I've already stated, the holster was received in January 'with the wrong hardware After contacting New Breed Tactical several times I received additional hardware that was also not correct It was the same incorrect hardware that was originally supplied on the holster After contacting the company again and waiting for over week the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com The day after the complaint was filed I received shipment notification I finally received the correct hardware on March 23, months after receiving the holster.The Tacwallet was part of a promotion that the company ran in September ' I left a review for a previous purchase and never received the Tacwallet I did my part, but New Breed Tactical never fulfilled their commitment by sending the Tacwallet It had nothing to do with "good will" because of the hardware problem

This customer has recieved a refund through PayPalEven still, he continues to harass me and try to do harm to my business with his reviews and sy attitudeGet a life *** ***

the response from the business does not outline any kind of timeline for resolutionWe are now going on months from the date of my order
