After checking our records, we do not show that any contact with our company was ever made by the consumer No phone calls to our toll free number (###-###-####) or emails sent either directly to [redacted] @newbright.net or through our website contact us form We are however in the process of trying to contact the customer via the means she provided the Revdex.com to try to resolve this issue We are curious though as to how the consumer received a second motherboard as this is not a replaceable part from us
