PUMP BRILLIANCE & OTHER PRODUCTS ARE A CONSUMER SCAM
I ordered the trial size promo. My card was billed from two different companies and I was charged more than advertised. I received the two items in one mailer & looked at the ingredients list & realized they were not as advertised & I examined the very small packing statement enclosed in mailer which stated I could return with original mailing label for refund. Which I did with a letter of explanation as to why I was returning the products & requesting full refund. They are entitled to deduct for reasonable shipping & handling, but not the full amount charged. Let me be blunt, I ordered only because I was impressed with Angelina Jolie's presentation & mission statement. She is NOT affiliated with this product in any way. The ingredients are cheap & can be found in similar dollar store products. People are complaining that they are being hounded for years after trying Pump Brilliance/now Brilliance Pump for automatic charges they never signed up for. When in doubt & running from consumer protection laws, change the name. The easiest name change is rearranging the name order. This is a scam. I got bilked. I hope the rest of you learn from my experience. Maybe you can use the products & maybe they will work for you, but they are definitely NOT worth the money, nor is getting caught in a scam by a disreputable company. Good luck with their BS customer service who will tell you, you only paid shipping & handling, which is a blatant lie in my case. The ad stated I was paying a reduced price for a trial sized version. I was expecting to pay the $6.97, but I was gouged an additional $12.49 & the packaging & lack of concise packing list does not warrant these charges. Someone needs to shut this fly by night company down to protect US consumers. There are no major celebrities using this crap. You are being sucked in by a foreign entity posing as an American company. Be aware that some of these sellers buy dollar store products & re-package for resale & who knows what else they put in as fillers. You would think Jolie would be looking into someone using her name to front fraud.

I ordered the trial creams but did not authorize any auto ship! They will not answer phone or email! I ordered the trial creams, but was told by a friend that although it did not specify on the website I will be added to an auto shipment which will be charged to my credit card :( Not cool:( I've called a couple times with no answer or the number has been disconnected as well as emails with no response multiple email addresses --- I did not give them permission to charge and AutoShip to me!
