New Britain Appliance was hired to repair my refrigerator/freezer. I was told by the owner Roger that he wanted to start by ordering a part that may or may not work and I agreed to pay him for that part and service and give it a try. That still did not fix this issue. He came back and told me that I now needed a different part. I agreed to have him order the second part and install it. After a few days the same problem started happening. He the told me he needed to get a new part because that part was defective. I waited three weeks and tried to get in touch with him many times. Finally he told me he did not order the replacement because he was waiting to be credited from the supplier. He asked me to help and I called the supplier myself and was able to get the part refunded back to New Britain Appliance. The owner has refused to come back and service the refrigerator and now has been refunded for a part that I have paid for. I've hired a new service company but I have requested back the money that I have paid New Britain Appliance to fix this problem since the issue is not resolved and the owner has refused to cooperate. This is unfair and unethical and I am asking Revdex.com to help resolve this issue before it becomes a legal matter.

My husband and I purchased a Refrigerator and Dryer on the 15th of October. We were told it would be delivered on Saturday Oct. 20 early afternoon. We decided to reach out around 5pm on Saturday and we were told our purchase was still on it’s way. It did not come Saturday, however, and we have not received an answer from the business owner about what’s going on (refund, new delivery date, etc)

The fridge was delivered on Sunday the next day. I was away for the weekend for my anniversary and didn't find out about this till I got back on Sunday. The fridge was delivered and they also bought a dryer from us and we delivered it also. Thank you and Sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused you

I bought a refrigerator for $325 from New Britain Appliances. On July 29th. They brought me a refrigerator set it up with No reciept assured me if any issues that I had 31 days to get the fridge replaced if there was a problem. My Landlord also asked them how long the Warrenty was for. They told him 31 days. I personally bought the refrigerator. Not even 24 hours the Fridge was not working. I called and messaged the Owner that I had bought the refrigerator from. I could not go down to the store because it is a Large wharehouse behind a locked gate that you need a code to enter. I had just went grocery shopping and Lost all the food in the freezer. Because it took the owner 2 days to come check out the fridge. He said he fixed it. The next day it was not working again. I have been messaging him and calling him since August 2nd. Telling him the fridge is hot. And that I had to throw all the food away. Since August 2nd I paid $325 for a Non working refrigerator. He rarely talks back to me has said he will replace it. But won’t set up a date or time. When I ask him he does not answer me back. It is August 9th 2018. I have also been to the police station where they sent me to Revdex.com.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They brought me a fridge and have not picked up the old Fridge that they sold me that did not eork. I have messaged them time and time again to remove their property from my house. They told me they were going to remove it and still have not.
