checked her in she was not satisfied with so we accommodated her not once but twice but she was still not satisfied with the different rooms we moved her into. Each and every room is clean and there has never been customers complain about those rooms like she has. Her first accusation was that we have mold in our room, which is false because the health department came and they did not see any mold in the room. On top of that I have picture proof of her soaking her clothes in the bathtub in hot water without turning the fan on which results on a lot of hot and humid air escaping into the room. I will send all picture proof along with this email. Every month we have pest control services come in and check every room and they spray in every room. She also complained to the health department and called the city. Both department came checked the room and they saw nothing and we also have a report from them. No matter how we hard we tried to satisfy her but she was uncooperative and argued with the manager and the staff. We had to call the cops on her three times in a row because she was disturbing the other guests, failure to turn down her music, and she was not keeping an eye on her kids. These were the reasons we had to call the light house services and they sent a worker to check her out. She has also continued to this at California Inn, and she was also moved out from there
