I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  
 
While I wanted a refund for the lost time, I feel better that other consumers will be made aware of the kind of treatment they will receive if they run into an issue with this company.
I'm not sure how many times I need to say it, but there was NO structural damage done to the bed.  The bed had an obvious [redacted] on the side rail - your furniture repair man confirmed that the damage was because of the move and not us barely moving the bed.  Lucky for your company we did move the bed or we would have gotten on it and caused serious damage to the mattress support legs because the movers didn't assemble it correctly.  I have attached all the email communications between us - the only reason my wife apologized for the mis-communication was because we thought maybe we just weren't clear on what had happened.  But, after going back and rereading my emails I realized that I stated the facts over and over.  There were 2 claims - one was the damage caused by your movers and the other was the time you charged me to have them reassemble the bed that I had to redo.  You tried to give me $36 to repair furniture when damage was done by your movers.  However, your website states that you will repair all repairable furniture.  I pointed this out to you and you told me that was the final offer and any other offer I would receive would be zero.  Not until I rejected your offer and told you I would seek other means to obtain proper restitution did I receive a phone call from the furniture repair man a couple hours later.  We did accept and appreciate that you finally sent out a furniture repair man.  However, that only resolved 1 claim and not the one where I wanted a refund of time.  Other than the incorrect assembly, we were happy with the moving crew.  The apartment we moved into was upstairs and being a realist we knew that stuff could happen to our larger sized furniture.  Regarding the second claim, you told me if I had more complaints to call the office.  I called twice and left 2 messages as well as sent another email requesting a call back.  But, nobody ever called me back after just over a week.  This has been a huge waste of my time, but I want others to be aware that while your moving crew may do a good job, if there are ever any issues (such as what I thought were minor for us) to be aware of the terrible service you and your company will provide.
