Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Barron's Auto's response is completely in many aspectsThey knew since the day after I bought it that the check engine light was on and [redacted] NEVER set me an appointment to come in and [redacted] did not set me an appointment until I talked to her on the which she set my appointment the following day on the which I did not go to because I couldn't take off work on such short noticeTherefore I missed one appointment and the car was taken away the following dayThe day it was taken was the day I called [redacted] and cussed her and I hung up on her because I already said to her what I wanted to and she thought I was joking when I told her I was calling the federal trade commission, dmv, and a lawyerAs you can see the inspection receipt is the dates exceed a year and they are only good for a yearALSO [redacted] stated that there is a grace window BUT I didn't even get to keep the car long enough for the grace window considering I didn't even have the car days and nobody would care about the days if the car was truly inspectedI was not behind on my payments and as a matter of face I gave the DMV investigator a copy of my bank statement showing the transactions and also the 3RD PAYMENT RECEIPT showing I was paid up to date that was mailed to me from the CLEBURNE LOT which is where I made the payments since it was alot closet to home and he is sending me copies of them for my own recordsI spoke with the DMV investigator last week and he said that Barron's has alot of red flags that he found after he spoke with them INCLUDING the car hasn't been inspected nor in the database since so therefor he has passed my complaint and case to the DMV lawyer and they will be contacting me with what I/we will need to do nextRegards, [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

Barron's Auto's response is completely in many aspects.? They knew since the day after I bought it that the check engine light was on and [redacted] NEVER set me an appointment to come in and [redacted] did not set me an appointment until I talked to her on the which she set my appointment the following day on the which I did not go to because I couldn't take off work on such short noticeTherefore I missed one appointment and the car was taken away the following dayThe day it was taken was the day I called [redacted] and cussed her and I hung up on her because I already said to her what I wanted to and she thought I was joking when I told her I was calling the federal trade commission, dmv, and a lawyerAs you can see the inspection receipt is the dates exceed a year and they are only good for a yearALSO [redacted] stated that there is a grace window BUT I didn't even get to keep the car long enough for the grace window considering I didn't even have the car days and nobody would care about the days if the car was truly inspectedI was not behind on my payments and as a matter of face I gave the DMV investigator a copy of my bank statement showing the transactions and also the 3RD PAYMENT RECEIPT showing I was paid up to date that was mailed to me from the CLEBURNE LOT which is where I made the payments since it was alot closet to home ? and he is sending me copies of them for my own recordsI spoke with the DMV investigator last week and he said that Barron's has alot of red flags that he found after he spoke with them INCLUDING the car hasn't been inspected nor in the database since so therefor he has passed my complaint and case to the DMV lawyer and they will be contacting me with what I/we will need to do next.? Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Barron's Auto's response is completely false in many aspects. They knew since the day after I bought it that the check engine light was on and [redacted] NEVER set me an appointment to come in and [redacted] did not set me an appointment until I talked to her on the 30 which she set my appointment the following day on the 31 which I did not go to because I couldn't take off work on such short notice. Therefore I missed one appointment and the car was taken away the following day. The day it was taken was the day I called [redacted] and cussed her and I hung up on her because I already said to her what I wanted to and she thought I was joking when I told her I was calling the federal trade commission, dmv, and a lawyer. As you can see the inspection receipt is FALSE the dates exceed a year and they are only good for a year. ALSO [redacted] stated that there is a grace window BUT I didn't even get to keep the car long enough for the grace window considering I didn't even have the car 90 days and nobody would care about the 90 days if the car was truly inspected. I was not behind on my payments and as a matter of face I gave the DMV investigator a copy of my bank statement showing the transactions and also the 3RD PAYMENT RECEIPT showing I was paid up to date that was mailed to me from the CLEBURNE LOT which is where I made the payments since it was alot closet to home  and he is sending me copies of them for my own records. I spoke with the DMV investigator last week and he said that Barron's has alot of red flags that he found after he spoke with them INCLUDING the car hasn't been inspected nor in the database since 2013 so therefor he has passed my complaint and case to the DMV lawyer and they will be contacting me with what I/we will need to do next. Regards,[redacted]
