I purchased a groupon that was good for an eye exam aand $150 towards prescription glasses. On January 20, 2016 I went in for the eye exam. They did not have a large selection of frames to choose from so I asked an employee, [redacted], if she could order a couple frames that I liked from another store. She said she could just to call back and give the model number. I then called back to give the model numbers and asked [redacted] what the price would be for the frames; she then told me she did not know she would have to give me a call back. I decided to order the frames myself and use the $150 towards the prescription. When I called to make an appointment for doing that the office manager told me that they would not honor the groupon and to take my business elsewhere.Desired SettlementI would like New Century Ophthalmology to fill the prescription in my frames.Business Response I can do anything from making her glasses for free to sending her the report and prescription via email/mail/fax.Just let me know what pleases her. I would like for her to remove all of the negative reviews she has posted about my business.
