New china buffet

We are an all you can eat buffet One does not order plates of food Please have consumer come back in and I might remember her I might offer a gift card

Review: I was very dissatisfied with the food I ate at this visit. I had 2 plates full of food and ate less than half of both plates. I approached the gentleman at the register and verbally stated my unhappiness with the food. He mentioned that there was all fresh food being put out. I requested a refund but the sign stated there was no refunds. I then asked for a credit or complimentary coupon for my next visit. He stated 'The food will be the same if u come another day.' He argued with me and I walked away. Im very unhappy with how he treated this situation. Not only am I out $9 but im hungry because his food isnt good. I do visit often and the food has been better.Desired Settlement: I would like a credit for my next visit.
