New City Florists

Review: On July *, 2013 at 12:59 p.m. I ordered a sympathy basket for $73.62 to be delivered on the same day (7/**/13 before 4:00 pm local time). I DID NOT receive a conformation that my basket was successfully delivered so I called the florist at 8:00 pm on 7/**/13 to question my delivery. They florist did not have any conformation on my delivery, they said the would contact me when they receive a notice of delivery. I called again at 9:30 pm and was told the basket was delivered the same day (7/**/13) at 2:45 p.m. according to the log book. The next day, I received a phone call from the recipient claiming they NEVER received the basket , so I called the funeral home asking about my basket. The funeral home said "they did not see a delivery from the store and many people have complained about this florist NEVER delivering flower arrangements when they claim they have." I called the florist again on July *, 2013 at 2:00 pm regarding my status on my delivery (since I have NOT received any conformation on my delivery). I spoke with a manager named Kaitlyn and she said the delivery driver said 'he delivered the basket on 7/**/13 at 1:30 p.m. that she checked her log book. I explained how the recipient never received the flowers nor did the funeral home see the delivery and this seems to be the norm (according to the funeral home and other people on a computer blog). Of course she denied such actions. I asked for a signed receipt for proof of delivery and the florist does not have one.Desired Settlement: I want a FULL refund of $73.62 back on my credit card.
