Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseBack in May when I brought a lawn mower to him he insisted on a $deposit in cash to look at the mowerI had to find an ATM to get cash that was a requirement he told me He then told me he would look at it and let me know if it was worth fixingPerfectHe called me and told me it would be around a $I said that's fine, it's worth putting the money in to itWhen I dropped off the snowblower, I thought it was odd he wouldn't take the deposit, I even asked him if he wanted it? A gentleman of his years of experience upon looking at the snow blower, should of known to call me to say he was gonna need up to three hours to fix and what it was gonna cost if there was any question if it was worth fixingA $blower that needed $worth of work should have been a question if my best interests were forefront in his mind and there were no alterior motives on his behalfWhen we spoke on the phone he told me he used no new partsHe mentions in his response he used new parts but doesn't specify what they were? I just want to let him know that it's almost comical that he is demanding a $rate to work on a $snow blowerDealer technicians working on $50,automobiles don't get thatI'm not paying it, especially when he gave me no idea it was gonna be that much for laborThere are new parts in this repair!!!!!!!!!
