My name is [redacted]. I think this company sucks. I applied for and paid app fees for an apartment that I NEVER got. I applied to others as well and NEVET got ANY. I have been looking for a home for 5 months now. Every time I contact Shore to Green for a rental, I'm overlooked EVERY TIME. I found a unit under construction and made a personal trip to the office to speak with [redacted] and he [redacted] me as always. He constantly tell me [redacted] call me but I haven't heard from him since I paid app fees almost 3 months ago. Rather I qualify or not, I was NEVER CALLED OR EMAILED. I don't know if these people are racist but this is a very [redacted] way of dealing with a potential tenant. Unfortunately there is no refund for app fees. Its a real slap in the face to chase every available property I see only to see it given to someone else in your face time after time. Please do better as a equal ( or at least it should be) opportunity business. I wouldn't refer u guys to my work enemy.
