Dear Mr [redacted] ,This letter is in reference to my complaint to the Revdex.com against C&K Cleaners in Alexandria, Virginia Last weekend, I received two voice messages from the cleanersKurt was calling to help the new owners solve my problem with my alterations He was the person that I had originally left my pants withHe informed me that the new owners wanted me to return to the cleaners and that I would get a refund and my pants will be fixed.On Tuesday, July 27th, I went back to the cleaners with my pantsThe owner and his wife apoligized to me and , measured my pants and gave me a discount on the alterationsI did not have my [redacted] card with me for my refundI will remind them of my refund when I go back to the cleanersI would like to thank the Revdex.com for the quick service to my complaint and I appreciate all the help that you give to consumers when they have no alternatives for bad service.Sincerely, [redacted]
